We value transparency and want you to be fully informed before placing an order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


🧶 Handmade Products

All LilyRosy products are handmade and produced in small batches or made to order. Because of the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, size, or shape may occur. These variations are not considered defects.


Return Reasons:
Customers may return items for any of the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong item received

  • Change of mind within the return period

Return Period:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in original condition (except for handmade variations).

🚫 Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital products


💰 Refunds

Once your request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


🌍 Shipping & Customs

All orders are shipped from China.
Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs inspections or delays, which are beyond our control and are not considered grounds for refunds.
